Many of the top prospects from the state of Virginia as well as from Maryland and D.C. took part in the Rivals.com/VTO Sports Elite 100 Showcase at Highland Springs High School outside of Richmond, Va., on Sunday. While the 2012 class was well represented, Rivals.com national recruiting analyst Mike Farrell has many underclassmen on his list led by Chesapeake (Va.) Indian River future star Andrew Brown.
