Evege talks Purdue visit
Huber Heights (Ohio) Wayne defensive back Donnie Evege is getting closer to a decision and had a few teams he wanted to check out personally before he came to that point.
He made one of those trips on Tuesday to West Lafayette to see the Purdue program up close and also analyze what life is like outside of football for Boilermaker players.
The trip was part of an effort to see some of the main schools he is considering before making a decision. He also plans to visit Ohio State on the 23rd of this month and possibly Tennessee as well with a decision potentially coming soon after.
Evege, a former high school teammate of Purdue sophomore wide receiver Greg Orton, currently stands at nine total offers with Washington and Wisconsin being the most recent schools to offer.
