Duck Sports Authority Sherman Oaks (Calif.) Notre Dame always sends athletes to the collegiate level. For 2008, one of their top prospects is 6-foot-3, 220-pound inside linebacker Anthony McDonald. McDonald possesses great speed (4.5-second 40-yard dash) and strength (350-pound bench press) to go with a 3.4 core grade point average. Obviously he's a hot commodity in recruiting. Duck Sports Authority talked with McDonald recently.
After a junior year that saw him rack up over 100 total tackles and ten sacks, McDonald was named first team all-league and first team all-CIF for the Pac Five division. He told us what helps him be such a productive player.
