Parker (CO) Ponderosa linebacker Jon Major is scheduled to take an unofficial visit to Texas in May, and if things go as expected the blue-chip defender should walk away with an official offer from the Longhorn staff.

The 6-foot-4, 230-pound Major is already holding offers from roughly 30 schools - Colorado, Florida State, Oklahoma, Michigan, Wisconsin, Penn State and Stanford are included in that mix - and he said he's still keeping all of his options on the table.
