Talent comes out at Shrine Bowl Combine
JAMESTOWN, N.C. - The North Carolina Shrine Bowl Combine continued its tour around the Tar Heel State Saturday, convening at Ragsdale High School.
Several top prospects in the central part of the state took part in the Combine, including Terrell Manning of Scotland County, Ed Gainey of Mount Tabor, and T.J. Graham of Wakefield.
Manning, who weighed and measured in at 6-3, 202 pounds, recorded a pair of solid times in the 40-yard dash, which were run on the outdoor track surrounding Ragsdale's football field; he timed in at 4.66 seconds, and 4.69 seconds. He also recorded a pro shuttle time of 4.69 seconds, a 32.8 inch vertical jump, and 16 repetitions of 185 pounds on the bench press.
