Texas WR makes Big 12 commitment
Last season, Houston Chavez tight end Harold Turnage became the first athlete to earn a Division I-A scholarship from the east Houston school.
Turnage committed to Texas A&M in January, and 2008 prospect Jarvis Smith committed to Baylor in early spring, becoming the second Lobo to head to the Big 12.
Coach Mike Jackson was proud to announce that his third athlete had made a verbal commitment to another Big 12 school on Friday.
