Five-star WR looking to visit Virginia Tech soon
Brian Mohr
HokieHaven.com Between now and mid-July, Virginia Tech is in position to receive an unofficial visit from a five-star prospect. Who is looking at possibly heading to Tech and a few other schools in the near future and when?
"I'm looking at going to a trip out West in mid-July," Christchurch, Va. wideout Deion Walker said. "Before that though, I'll probably just try to get up to Virginia, Virginia Tech and Penn State. I may also go to NC State and North Carolina pretty soon.
"On those visits, I mostly am looking at the environment. I want to see the school itself and if it is a place I can be for the next four years of my life. I want to make sure I'll be happy in the football program. I don't want to be around a position coach that I can't stand. Lastly, I want to see how we work together."
Virginia Tech appears to be moving up slightly for the Rivals100 prospect.
