Cali LB picks up offers

Duck Sports Authority Summer camps are a great way for prospects who might be flying "under the radar" to gain the attention of college coaches. Count Los Gatos (Calif.) linebacker prospect Kiko Alonso among those who have made big gains after the camp circuit. The 6-foot-3, 234-pount two-star prospect has gathered in two scholarship offers and expects more to be on the way soon. Duck Sports Authority talked with Alonso recently.
Alonso attended camps around the Pac Ten this summer.
"I went to Washington, Washington State, Oregon, and Utah and I went to the UCLA camp and they said they were interested in me and would be recruiting me also," Alonso told us. "That was about six weeks ago."
