Running Back Cedric Foster (5-8, 191, 4.41) from J.W. North HS in Riverside (CA) has now picked up his first offer and is expecting more. Foster grew up a big Bruins fan and attended the UCLA junior day. With some recent attention, the Bruins have become his favorite school.

As a junior, Foster was a first team all-league selection after rushing for 1,500 yards and 24 touchdowns. He is one of the top tailback prospects in the state heading into this season. "I see the holes and I get to them with quickness and just explode into them and out of them," Foster boasts. "I am also pretty fast."
