Coples talks Neyland Stadium experience
Thursday night marked the first time that freshman defensive end Ben Martin has seen a consistent amount of snaps since his knee injury during fall camp. Martin showed those in attendance the type of play that they were expecting. On the other sideline stood high school senior Quinton Coples. Unlike most of the Hargrave roster, Coples is actually a high school senior. The night marked a memorable experience for the 6-foot-7, 235 pounder.
"It was a great feeling and a great experience," Coples said. "I learned a lot tonight. It showed me where I stand as a football player. I just have to continue to work hard and get better every day."
