Wallace High On Wake
At the end of this season, the Wake Forest Demon Deacons will lose the services of its two most experienced tight ends, John Tereshinski and Zac Selmon. Behind these two seniors is a list of talented, but inexperienced young players. With the emergence of the tight end position in Wake's offense, it is important to secure talented players for the future. While any player in the 2008 class would have a tough time cracking the starting lineup next season, it would be hard to argue that Bowling Green (KY) tight end Ryan Wallace doesn't have the talent to start.
The number-nine rated prospect in the state of Kentucky has been receiving a lot of interest from a wide variety of schools, but has decided to focus on a smaller list. "I've narrowed it down to Wake Forest, Colorado, Kentucky, Rutgers, and Stanford" he said. "I've visited Stanford and Colorado. I'm taking my official visit to Wake Forest some time during their bowl practices. I just talked to Coach Hood a while ago, so we set that up."
Dean Hood is recruiting Wallace, and he is also a good friend of the two-star prospect's father, the coach of Bowling Green High School.
