Perry talks his game and the Big Game
Four-star defensive end Nick Perry did not get a chance to take a visit to East Lansing this past Saturday to see the Michigan-Michigan State showdown because his Detroit King team played in the second round of the MHSAA state playoffs that same afternoon. Perry did catch a portion of the game, though, and gave his thoughts.
As it pertains to his recruitment, Perry said he did not glean anything from the game that could help him in his college selection. He more or less was watching it as a fan.
Being the instate schools, Michigan and Michigan State are the two programs Perry is most familiar with because he has made several unofficial visits to each one. With only one of his five allotted official visits scheduled, Perry then is not sure whether the instate programs will receive official visits even though they are among his favorites.
