Positive meeting for Thompson
At the beginning of December, Nebraska commit Brandon Thompson, a 6-foot-6, 280-pounder offensive tackle recruit, seemed still very sure of his decision to play for the Huskers.
In an article on Dec. 3, The Woodlands, Texas coach answered a question about his lineman's commitment through the coaching changes in Lincoln by saying that despite other coaches coming by, Thompson made sure the message was clear about being "rock-solid committed to Nebraska." On Tuesday, Thompson and his mother Belinda Proctor had a chance to meet new head coach Bo Pelini and offensive line coach Barney Cotton.
