The Sun Devils landed an early verbal commitment from Steven Figueroa, the state's No. 2 tight end prospect. He is No. 11 overall in Arizona's 2008 class and No. 21 at the tight end position nationally.

Figueroa is one of several offensive recruits who has a legitimate chance of earning playing time as a true freshman.
