Best sports memory: "Beating Dorsey my senior year. This game meant everything for us. Last year we lost. We wanted to go out beating our rival and we blew em out."
First time he knew he was good: When I started going to camps and everybody started mentioning me. At UCLA my first camp, I went there and went crazy and that's when coach Dorrell had offered me. I was just shocked. I was in 10th grade."
On eventually moving to Arizona: "I love it. [Besides football], it's great for me because I'm getting out of the things that I've been around. Basically it's holding me back. Me being here (in the inner city) it's like bad stuff. Just want to get away."
On his decision to attend ASU: "I picked ASU because when I went to the game I loved it. It was just for me and that's just what I need. When I compared them with UCLA, UCLA has nothing like what they have with the crowd and the atmosphere and energy at ASU. The coaching staff, I love them. Coach Erickson and coach Yarbs are the best there is. That was a big factor. I look at Chad Johnson, and love everything he do. If Yarbs can teach him, I want him to teach me the same things."
On his goals for the coming year: "Just stay focused. Don't let none of the hype get to me. Be a positive role model. Stay focused. Show everyone why I'm at ASU and what I can do there."
On his signing day plans: "We're just going to do it at home tomorrow. Last year it was like seven coming out of Crenshaw and this year it's just me and Clint."
