Texas A&M didn't exactly find a diamond in the rough with their most recent running back offer. This particular back could be considered more of a diamond among diamonds and is already well into the double-digits in scholarship offers.

That 'diamond' is Plano, Tex., running back Rex Burkhead.

The 5-foot-11, 191-pound Burkhead has scholarship offers from Texas A&M, Auburn, Alabama, Arizona, California, Kansas, Louisville, Minnesota, Ole Miss, Nebraska, Stanford, Texas Tech and TCU.
