Westerman keeping options open
LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. - With some of the top talent in the country in town to participate in the Under Armour All-American Game, a lot of the players find it fun to go up against the best of the best in practice each day. They like to challenge themselves after often going through their high school seasons without facing anyone near their skill level. That is not the case this week as the playing field has been leveled.
One prospect who has already gotten the opportunity to compete with some of top players at their opposing positions is Chandler (Ariz.) Hamilton offensive tackle Christian Westerman. The 6-foot-5, 288-pound Texas commit is ranked as the No. 18 overall prospect and the No. 3 offensive tackle in the country. He has enjoyed being able to face off against elite competition so far this week.
