Nation's Best High School Players and Coaches
Named to the
Riddell Footwear All-American Football Team
The nation?s most talented football players and coaches have been named to the 2002 Riddell Footwear High School All American Team. Nominations for the prestigious Team were made by position bi-weekly throughout the football season, and were found along with in-depth profiles about each candidate on Rivals.com and Rivals100.com. After careful evaluation, an elite group of 23 high school players and seven coaches from throughout the nation were selected today as final team members.
?Rivals.com is proud and honored to select the Riddell Footwear High School All-American Team members. This team represents the very best of high school football from around the country,? said Bobby Burton, Director of Network Development for Rivals.com. ?To be picked from tens of thousands as one of a select group is obviously a tremendous honor for these young athletes and coaches.?
